You will receive an email confirmation from Jilz once your order has been successfully placed. The email will have all the details related to your order.
To check the status of your order, log into your account on the Jilz.in website, and click on the profile icon on top right corner of the page to get the order details.
The shipping address of your order can only be modified if your order hasn’t been packed yet at our warehouse. To modify your shipping address, please get in touch with our Customer Care team at jilz.in@softapparels.com or

Orders, once processed and shipped can be tracked using the consignment/tracking number, commonly referred to as the AWB number. You can track your order in two ways:
We ship your order within 24 business hours and it will be delivered within 1-5 business days. In some cases, it may take longer, depending on your location.
Generally, our courier partners deliver the order to the intended recipient at the delivery address only. In case, you have not received the order, we request you to call us on +91-8122232288 / +91-9443284493 or email us at jilz.in@softapparels.com within 48 hours of the delivery intimation from our end. We shall arrange proof of delivery for you within 48 hours of your complaint from the aligned courier partner.
Kindly note, any complaint raised after 48 hours of receiving the delivery intimation may not be considered.
Yes. If you were unavailable to collect your order, our courier partner will attempt the delivery up to two more times. If you are aware of your future unavailability, please do inform our customer care team on +91-8122232288 / +91-9443284493 or email us at jilz.in@softapparels.com so that we can attempt the delivery at a later date.
Free shipping across India
We use leading courier companies such as Bluedart, Ekart, Ecom Express, Delhivery, etc. for shipments in India.
If your package has been opened or tampered with, we request you to not accept the shipment and immediately inform our customer care team via phone at +91-8122232288 / +91-9443284493. Kindly note, any intimation after 24 hours of the attempted delivery, will not be considered.
Jilz’s 14 days returns and exchange policy gives you an option to return or exchange items purchased from the Jilz website for any reason within 14 days of receipt
of the item. We only ask that you don't use the product and preserve its original condition, tags and packaging. You are welcome to try on a product but please take adequate measures to preserve its condition.
If you wish to exchange your item, we suggest that you return it and purchase the new item separately.
The following EXCEPTIONS and RULES apply to our 14 days Return & Exchange Policy:
All items sold on our website (www.jilz.in) are eligible for return & exchange provided, they meet our 14 days return & exchange policy.
Click the profile icon in the store's navigation or go to the refund policy or a returns page and then request a return.
If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.
If the reverse pick-up option is not available at your location, you can self-ship the product(s) to us by any reliable courier service within 7 days of raising a return request. Please pack the product(s) and ensure that it is unused, unwashed and all the tags are intact. Please do mention the Order No. and Return ID on a piece of paper and place it in the packet.

We request you to share the courier details with us on jilz.in@softapparels.com or WhatsApp us on +91-8122232288. Any product self-shipped after 7 days of raising a return request will not be considered. We will send you a confirmation email as soon as we receive the shipment at our warehouse.
You can cancel an order through the Jilz website until it has been packed at our warehouse. This includes items purchased on sale also. Any amount paid will be credited into the same payment mode using which the payment was made. Still, if you wish to cancel your order after the order is packed, reach out to our Customer Care team at jilz.in@softapparels.com or +91-8122232288 / +91-9443284493.

For all prepaid orders, the refund shall reflect in the source account within 5-7 business days.
If you had placed the order using Cash on Delivery, there is no amount to be refunded at our end as you haven’t paid for the order yet.
You can be assured that Jilz offers you the highest standards of security currently available online to ensure that your shopping experience is private, safe, and secure. We work with only reliable and secure payment partners who are PCI DSS compliant. Your bank will authorize the credit card transaction directly without any information passing through to us. We do not retain your banking information.
The Cash On Delivery option is available on purchases of up to Rs. 5,000. Beyond this amount, purchases can only be made using Net Banking, Credit/Debit Card or UPI.
