How will I know if my order has been placed successfully? Plus

You will receive an email confirmation from Jilz once your order has been successfully placed. The email will have all the details related to your order.

How do I check the status of my order? Plus

To check the status of your order, log into your account on the Jilz.in website, and click on the profile icon on top right corner of the page to get the order details.

Can I modify the shipping address of my order after it has been placed? Plus

The shipping address of your order can only be modified if your order hasn’t been packed yet at our warehouse. To modify your shipping address, please get in touch with our Customer Care team at jilz.in@softapparels.com or
+91-8122232288 / +91-9443284493.

How can I track my order? Plus

Orders, once processed and shipped can be tracked using the consignment/tracking number, commonly referred to as the AWB number. You can track your order in two ways:

  1. After you log in to your Jilz account, click on the profile icon and find the order number your wish to track. Click on ‘Track my
    order’ to see real-time updates of your shipment status
  2. Alternatively, you may track your order through our
    order shipment email which provides a direct link to track your order real-time
    on the service provider’s website
How long will it take for my order to reach me? Plus

We ship your order within 24 business hours and it will be delivered within 1-5 business days. In some cases, it may take longer, depending on your location.

My order shows delivered but I have not received it. Plus

Generally, our courier partners deliver the order to the intended recipient at the delivery address only. In case, you have not received the order, we request you to call us on +91-8122232288 / +91-9443284493 or email us at jilz.in@softapparels.com within 48 hours of the delivery intimation from our end. We shall arrange proof of delivery for you within 48 hours of your complaint from the aligned courier partner.

Kindly note, any complaint raised after 48 hours of receiving the delivery intimation may not be considered.

I was not available to collect my order. Will the delivery be reattempted? Plus

Yes. If you were unavailable to collect your order, our courier partner will attempt the delivery up to two more times. If you are aware of your future unavailability, please do inform our customer care team on +91-8122232288 / +91-9443284493 or email us at jilz.in@softapparels.com so that we can attempt the delivery at a later date.

What delivery methods do you use? Plus

We use leading courier companies such as Bluedart, Ekart, Ecom Express, Delhivery, etc. for shipments in India.

What should be done if my package has been opened or tampered with? Plus

If your package has been opened or tampered with, we request you to not accept the shipment and immediately inform our customer care team via phone at +91-8122232288 / +91-9443284493. Kindly note, any intimation after 24 hours of the attempted delivery, will not be considered.

Easy returns Return & Exchange
What is Jilz’s14 days return & exchange policy? How does it work? Plus

Jilz’s 14 days returns and exchange policy gives you an option to return or exchange items purchased from the Jilz website for any reason within 14 days of receipt
of the item. We only ask that you don't use the product and preserve its original condition, tags and packaging. You are welcome to try on a product but please take adequate measures to preserve its condition.

If you wish to exchange your item, we suggest that you return it and purchase the new item separately.

Are there any rules to Return & Exchange Policy? Plus

The following EXCEPTIONS and RULES apply to our 14 days Return & Exchange Policy:

  1. All items to be returned or exchanged must be unused and should be in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  2. We only accept returns for products purchased directly from Jilz’s website. Any return request for products purchased from our indirect online and offline distributors will be declined by us.
  3. If you self-ship your return/exchange, kindly pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.
  4. Please allow 24 hours post-delivery of your order for your order status to be updated in your Jilz account.
  5. Please check the items, type of return/exchange, and other related details carefully. Our courier partner will pick up only the items mentioned at the time of submitting the return/exchange request by you.
  6. In case the items handed over to the courier person don't match the details of the items mentioned in the return/exchange request, we will conduct an internal probe and get back to you accordingly.
  7. If you self-ship any product without officially informing us through our return/exchange process, we will not process the return.
Which products are not eligible for return and exchange? Plus

All items sold on our website (www.jilz.in) are eligible for return & exchange provided, they meet our 14 days return & exchange policy.

How do I return products purchased from Jilz? Plus

Click the profile icon in the store's navigation or go to the refund policy or a returns page and then request a return.

  1. Log in to your account:
  2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
  3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
  4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
  5. Click Request return.


If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.


If the reverse pick-up option is not available at your location, you can self-ship the product(s) to us by any reliable courier service within 7 days of raising a return request. Please pack the product(s) and ensure that it is unused, unwashed and all the tags are intact. Please do mention the Order No. and Return ID on a piece of paper and place it in the packet.

We request you to share the courier details with us on jilz.in@softapparels.com or WhatsApp us on +91-8122232288. Any product self-shipped after 7 days of raising a return request will not be considered. We will send you a confirmation email as soon as we receive the shipment at our warehouse.

Pen and ruler Cancellation Policy
What is Jilz’s Cancellation Policy? Plus

You can cancel an order through the Jilz website until it has been packed at our warehouse. This includes items purchased on sale also. Any amount paid will be credited into the same payment mode using which the payment was made. Still, if you wish to cancel your order after the order is packed, reach out to our Customer Care team at jilz.in@softapparels.com or +91-8122232288 / +91-9443284493.

How do I cancel my order? Plus

For order cancellation, please contact our Customer Care team at at jilz.in@softapparels.com or +91-8122232288 / +91-9443284493. Kindly note, orders can only be cancelled before they are packed in our warehouse.

I just cancelled my order. When will I receive my refund? Plus

For all prepaid orders, the refund shall reflect in the source account within 5-7 business days.
If you had placed the order using Cash on Delivery, there is no amount to be refunded at our end as you haven’t paid for the order yet.

Is it safe to use my credit/debit card on the Jilz site? Plus

You can be assured that Jilz offers you the highest standards of security currently available online to ensure that your shopping experience is private, safe, and secure. We work with only reliable and secure payment partners who are PCI DSS compliant. Your bank will authorize the credit card transaction directly without any information passing through to us. We do not retain your banking information.

Is there a purchase limit for a Cash on Delivery (COD) purchase? Plus

The Cash On Delivery option is available on purchases of up to Rs. 5,000. Beyond this amount, purchases can only be made using Net Banking, Credit/Debit Card or UPI.
